My body is a sacred temple and an essential, valuable instrument for experiencing my wealth and abundance. I love myself and my body. I choose to be in harmony with health and wholeness. I do not push myself into excessive efforts or experiences without the right feeling. The chemistry of my body is a direct connection to my moods and feelings, influencing how I experience myself in this world. I release everything that has caused me suffering.

I choose my body’s purification from old toxins of experiences, thoughts, feelings, and chemistry. From now on, I choose to take care of myself in the best way possible so that my body is filled with love. My life accommodates many more positive, abundance-focused thoughts, and my life flows much more smoothly.
